8月24日，和振伟会长陪同上海合作组织前秘书长、乌兹别克斯坦外交部前部长弗拉基米尔·诺罗夫，到访广东中山市潮人联谊会并与郭建伟会长及部分会员单位座谈交流。
和振伟首先感谢潮联会的热情安排，表示中海协与潮联会性质相同、职责相近，都是服务于国家和企业高质量发展，致力于为企业寻求发展机会，促进其做优做强海内外市场。中海协希望与潮联会开展多方面合作，尤其是帮助企业将先进制造业和优质产能引入乌兹别克斯坦及其他中亚国家，携起手深耕细作、互利共赢、共促发展。
郭建伟热情欢迎和会长与诺罗夫先生一行，全面介绍了潮联会发展情况和部分会员企业，表示本会会员涵盖多个领域包括建材、灯具、化工品、玩具、家电、酒业和日化产品等，始终致力于服务和推动会员企业创新发展。潮联会将组织会员单位择期前往乌兹别克斯坦寻找合作机会，帮助本地企业加快转型升级和积极开拓国际市场。
诺罗夫对潮联会会员企业的发展成就给予积极评价，表示乌兹别克斯坦市场对中国企业的高端产品、先进技术有巨大需求和吸引力，盛情邀约潮联会的会员企业在中海协的协助下，来乌方考察市场环境和深入了解产业政策等情况，希望双方能在多领域展开务实合作，为本国本地人民谋福祉。

He Zhenwei and Norov Visit Zhongshan Chao Association
On August 24, 2024, He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association, along with Vladimir Norov, former Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, visited the Zhongshan Chao Association. Guo Jianwei, President of the Chao Association, welcomed the guests warmly and organized a series of productive exchange activities with member companies in the fields of building materials, lighting, chemicals, daily chemicals, and more.
During the meeting, President Guo introduced the Chao Association’s background and its member companies' main businesses. He highlighted that the association’s members cover various sectors, including building materials, lighting, chemicals, toys, home appliances, alcoholic beverages, and daily chemicals, and are dedicated to driving innovation and development in these industries. President Guo plans to organize a delegation from the Chao Association to visit Uzbekistan to explore cooperation opportunities and expand into international markets.
Member companies of the Chao Association, including Zhongshan Gaolinmei Packaging Technology Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Hongsheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Guangdong Xiangshan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Zhongshan Dunbo Liquor Co., Ltd., Foshan Ruijin Building Materials Co., Ltd., Rongdian Group, Zhongshan Yimingte Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Bowell Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., gave brief introductions about their companies.
Secretary-General Norov praised the outstanding performance of the Chao Association’s member companies in their respective fields and noted the high demand in Uzbekistan for Chinese products and technologies. He invited the association's companies to visit Uzbekistan under the China Overseas Development Association's organization to explore investment opportunities and hopes for deep cooperation in various fields.
President He Zhenwei remarked that the China Overseas Development Association is committed to helping Chinese companies expand into international markets and find new development opportunities globally. He commended the achievements of the Chao Association's member companies and expressed hope for strengthened cooperation with Uzbekistan and other international markets through the association's platform, aiming for mutual benefits.
