8月12日下午，“跨越边界·智享全球——中国AI力量全球化发展路演会”在北京成功举行。中国产业海外发展协会常务副秘书长蒋赟受邀出席活动并致辞。
本次活动由中关村云计算产业联盟、宏胜金桥集团、汇丰银行等单位联合主办，中国产业海外发展协会协办。活动汇聚了人工智能、金融投资、云计算及跨境专业服务等领域的领军企业代表与机构负责人，共话中国AI全球化发展新路径。
蒋赟在致辞中指出，AI是新一轮科技革命核心驱动力，出海成为AI决胜全球竞争的关键变量。当前中美顶尖模型性能差距收窄，中国凭借开源生态、极致性价比与落地速度优势，正实现全球份额反转——2026年7月中国模型在OpenRouter周调用量已超美国。他概括AI出海四大路径：API平台触达开发者、开源培育生态、私有化部署破解合规、主权AI合作赋能新兴市场，并强调中国AI开源普惠路线不仅是商业布局，更是参与全球人工智能治理规则制定的重要方式。
蒋赟就AI高质量“走出去”提出五点建议：一是坚持合规先行，将合规转化为产品力；二是推进深度本地化，从“产品翻译”走向“能力共建”；三是推动生态协同，形成“集团军”出海态势；四是积极参与国际标准制定；五是依托国家平台桥梁作用，破解企业海外发展痛点。他表示，中海协将持续搭建AI产业链出海综合服务平台，护航企业全球化发展。
活动期间，六家优质人工智能项目方进行了分享与路演，集中展示了时尚产业AI操作系统、跨境贸易垂直大模型、异构算力调度、医疗机器人等前沿成果。
本次活动有效搭建了AI企业、金融机构与利益相关方的对接平台，促进了产融深度结合。下一步，中海协将继续聚焦企业海外发展需求，汇聚专业力量，推动产业链协同，助力中国AI企业高质量“走出去”，深化国际投资与科技合作。
CODA Attended Roadshow on Globalization of Chinese AI Capabilities
On the afternoon of August 12, the Cross Boundaries, Share Global Intelligence: Roadshow on the Globalization of Chinese AI Capabilities was successfully held at the Wutong Reception Hall in Beijing. Executive Deputy Secretary-General Jiang Yun of CODA was invited to attend the event and deliver an official address.
The event served as an effective matchmaking platform for AI enterprises, financial institutions and technology service providers, driving deep integration of industry, finance and technology. Moving forward, CODA will continue to focus on the overseas development needs of Chinese enterprises, pool professional resources, promote industrial chain coordination, support high-quality global expansion of Chinese AI enterprises, and deepen international investment and sci-tech cooperation.
