6月16日，由江泰国际合作联盟、江泰全球救援联盟主办，中国产业海外发展协会支持的“2026中国企业走出去风险发布会”在京成功举行。江泰国际合作联盟、江泰全球救援联盟主席沈开涛，我会会长和振伟、专家委员会主席傅成玉出席大会并致辞，副秘书长张红参加发布会。
和振伟在致辞中指出，世界进入新的动荡变革期，我国对外投资面临的海外安全审查、数据合规、劳务纠纷、环保合规等各类经营风险不断增多，企业风控压力持续加大。面对新形势、新挑战、新要求，国家坚定不移扩大高水平对外开放，持续完善企业海外发展支持保障体系。中海协将认真贯彻落实国家海外综合服务指导意见，通过开展海外合规风控专题培训、搭建海内外一体化协同服务平台、联合编制海外应急救援团体标准等重点举措，全力为中资企业海外经营保驾护航。
沈开涛表示，中国企业“走出去”风险发布会作为江泰国际合作联盟、江泰全球救援联盟每年的社会公益活动，已进入第二个“十年”，又正值江泰保险经纪成立二十五周年，意义非凡。今年的会议内容，秉承“一切从风险出发”的理念，积极营造中国企业和公民“走出去”的风险管控生态服务体系，通过加强对人工智能技术的应用，帮助中国企业“走得出、走得稳、走得赢、走得远”，让中国公民“走出去”更安全、更安心、更便捷。
本次大会发布了《2026全球风险版图》《2026跨境物流产业全球风险版图》《2026新能源产业全球风险版图》等重要成果。我会业务三部参加相关活动。
CODA President He Zhenwei Addresses 12th China Enterprises Going Global Risk Conference
The 12th China Enterprises Going Global Risk Conference was held in Beijing on June 16. The event was hosted by Jiang Tai International Associates and Jiang Tai Global Rescue Alliance, with support from the China Overseas Development Association (CODA).
Shen Kaitao, Chairman of Jiang Tai International Associates and Jiang Tai Global Rescue Alliance, He Zhenwei, President of CODA, and Fu Chengyu, Chairman of the CODA Expert Committee, delivered speeches at the conference. CODA Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Hong also attended the event.
In his address, He Zhenwei noted that the world has entered a new period of turbulence and transformation. China's outbound investment is facing increasing operational risks overseas, including security reviews, data compliance, labor disputes, and environmental regulations, which continue to mount and place growing pressure on corporate risk management. In the face of new circumstances, new challenges, and new demands, China remains firmly committed to expanding high-level opening-up and is continuously improving its support and guarantee systems for overseas business development. CODA will fully implement the national guidelines on integrated overseas services, and will focus on key measures including special training on overseas compliance and risk control, the development of an integrated cross-border collaborative service platform, and the joint formulation of group standards for overseas emergency rescue, in order to provide comprehensive protection for Chinese companies operating in global markets.
