5月19日，和振伟会长应邀出席第二届中俄服务贸易企业论坛交流会并致辞。中国驻俄罗斯使馆公使刘军出席会议并宣读张汉晖大使贺信，莫斯科市对外经济和国际关系部部长切廖明、北京华油服务有限公司总经理刘晖等出席开幕式并致辞。
本次大会主题是“阳光之路·链接世界”，由中国华铭国际投资有限公司和莫斯科市对外经济和国际关系部共同主办。清华大学俄罗斯研究院副院长吴大辉、莫斯科工商会会长弗拉基米尔·普拉诺夫等贵宾在大会上发表主旨演讲。
和振伟在致辞时提出四个观点。第一，中俄关系牢不可破、稳如磐石，为两国服务贸易合作奠定了最坚实、最可靠的政治基础。第二，中俄服务贸易方兴未艾、潜力巨大，正处于加速扩容、提质升级的黄金机遇期。第三，国家顶层政策密集赋能，出海服务体系全面升级，为中俄服务贸易合作提供了强有力制度支撑。第四，中俄人文交流全面升温、往来更加便利，为服务贸易深度合作注入持久动力。
开幕式上，和振伟与刘军公使、切廖明部长、刘晖总经理、普拉诺夫会长等中俄贵宾共同出席大会启动仪式，并在会议期间进行广泛交流，达成多项共识。
He Zhenwei Attends the 2nd China-Russia Trade in Services Enterprise Forum
On May 19, the 2nd China-Russia Trade in Services Enterprise Forum was successfully held. Themed "Sunshine Road · Linking the World," the event was co-hosted by China Huaming International Investment Co., Ltd. and the Department of Foreign Economic and International Relations of Moscow. President He Zhenwei, Minister Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Russia Liu Jun (who read a congratulatory letter from Ambassador Zhang Hanhui), Moscow's Minister of Foreign Economic and International Relations Cheremin, and Beijing Huayou Service Co., Ltd. General Manager Liu Hui attended and delivered speeches. Additionally, Deputy Dean Wu Dahui and President Platonov gave keynote speeches.
During the forum, President He Zhenwei pointed out that China-Russia relations have laid a solid political foundation for trade in services. He noted that this sector holds immense potential and is currently in a "golden period" of accelerated expansion and quality upgrading. Furthermore, he emphasized that top-level national policies and the comprehensive upgrade of overseas service systems provide strong institutional support for cooperation, while the warming cultural exchanges and increasingly convenient travel inject lasting momentum into in-depth collaboration.
During the opening ceremony, Chinese and Russian dignitaries jointly launched the forum. Throughout the event, the attendees engaged in cordial exchanges and reached multiple important consensuses.
