4月27日下午，中海协代表团一行40多人参加由中国驻土库曼斯坦大使馆与中石油阿姆河天然气公司共同举办的座谈交流会。中国驻土库曼斯坦大使吉树民、中国产业海外发展协会会长和振伟、中石油阿姆河天然气公司董事、总经理、总地质师张培军出席会议并讲话。
吉树民大使在讲话中首先代表使馆对中海协组织中国企业代表团到土库曼斯坦进行商务考察表示热烈欢迎，并详细介绍了土库曼斯坦经济和社会发展总体情况。大使指出，中土合作正迎来新的发展机遇，欢迎更多中国企业积极参与土库曼斯坦经济发展建设，推动中土务实合作向更广领域、更深层次拓展。大使馆将继续为来土投资兴业的中国企业提供支持与服务，助力中土合作迈向新台阶。
和振伟会长介绍了中海协此次组织中国企业代表团赴土商务考察的背景与目的。他表示，中海协作为专门服务共建“一带一路”的全国性社会组织，始终致力于搭建“走出去”产业交流合作平台，推动中国企业参与国际产能合作。此次率团访问土库曼斯坦，旨在深入了解当地投资环境与机遇，促进中土企业在新能源、基础设施、物流、农业等领域的务实合作，为构建中土命运共同体贡献力量。
张培军总经理详细介绍了阿姆河天然气公司的运营情况以及未来发展规划。他表示，阿姆河公司将继续发挥在土深耕多年的经验与资源优势，推动中土天然气合作再上新台阶，同时欢迎中海协代表团企业参与探讨相关产业合作，实现互利共赢。
在座谈交流环节，代表团成员企业分别介绍了各自业务领域与合作意向，涉及能源化工、装备制造、信息科技、环保、数字经济等多个行业。各方就土库曼斯坦投资环境、政策法规、项目合作模式等议题进行了深入交流。

CODA Delegation Attended Seminar held by Embassy of PRC in Turkmenistan
On the afternoon of April 27, the delegation of over 40 members from the China Overseas Development Association (CODA) participated in a seminar jointly organized by the Chinese Embassy in Turkmenistan and CNPC Amu Darya Natural Gas Company. The event was addressed by H.E. Ji Shumin, Chinese Ambassador to Turkmenistan; He Zhenwei, President of CODA; and Zhang Peijun, Director, President, and Chief Geologist of CNPC Amu Darya Natural Gas Company.
In his remarks, Ambassador Ji Shumin first extended a warm welcome to the delegation of Chinese enterprises organized by CODA for their business visit to Turkmenistan, and provided a detailed overview of the country's overall economic and social development. He noted that China-Turkmenistan cooperation is facing new development opportunities, and welcomed more Chinese enterprises to actively participate in Turkmenistan's economic development, pushing bilateral practical cooperation into broader fields and deeper levels. The Embassy will continue to provide support and services to Chinese enterprises investing and operating in Turkmenistan, helping take bilateral cooperation to new heights.
President He Zhenwei explained the background and purpose of CODA's delegation to Turkmenistan. He stated that CODA, as a national social organization dedicated to serving the Belt and Road Initiative, has always been committed to building an industrial exchange and cooperation platform for "going global" and facilitating Chinese enterprises' participation in international production capacity cooperation. This visit aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the local investment environment and opportunities, and to promote practical cooperation between Chinese and Turkmen enterprises in fields such as new energy, infrastructure, logistics, and agriculture, thereby contributing to the building of a China-Turkmenistan community with a shared future.
President Zhang Peijun detailed the operations and future development plans of the Amu Darya Natural Gas Company. He expressed that the company will continue to leverage its years of experience and resource advantages in Turkmenistan to elevate bilateral natural gas cooperation to new levels, while welcoming the CODA delegation to explore related industrial cooperation for mutual benefit.
During the exchange session, member companies of the delegation presented their respective business areas and cooperation intentions, spanning energy and chemicals, equipment manufacturing, information technology, environmental protection, digital economy, and other sectors. All parties conducted in-depth discussions on Turkmenistan's investment climate, policies and regulations, and project cooperation models.
