4月28日，由中国产业海外发展协会与土库曼斯坦工商会共同主办的首届“中国-土库曼斯坦投资与贸易洽谈会”开幕式在土库曼斯坦首都阿什哈巴德隆重举行。此次盛会的召开恰逢其时，是继今年3月习近平主席在北京会见土库曼斯坦民族领袖、人民委员会主席库尔班古力·别尔德穆哈梅多夫，以及4月中旬习近平主席特别代表、国务院副总理丁薛祥成功访问土库曼斯坦之后，两国在经贸领域率先落实高层共识、推动务实合作走深走实的重要举措。
土库曼斯坦总统为本次活动专门发来贺信，对首届中国-土库曼斯坦投资与贸易洽谈会的召开表示热烈祝贺。土库曼斯坦副总理诺克尔古利·阿塔古列夫出席开幕式并宣读总统贺信。
中国驻土库曼斯坦特命全权大使吉树民，中国产业海外发展协会会长和振伟，以及土库曼斯坦副总理兼外交部部长等相关内阁成员、世界各国驻土库曼斯坦大使共同出席了开幕式。
开幕式上，身着传统服饰的土库曼斯坦青年表演了欢快的民族舞蹈，为活动增添了浓厚的文化氛围。
本次洽谈会共吸引了中国建筑、华为、中国重汽、山推、威视、雷沃、吉利汽车等70多家中国企业参展，全面展示了中国在能源、基建、数字经济、高端机械制造等领域的先进技术与实力。
开幕式后，诺克尔古利·阿塔古列夫副总理在和振伟会长的陪同下参观了中国企业展台。和振伟向副总理详细介绍了本次中国企业参展情况，以及各企业在相关领域的优势与合作意愿。
诺克尔古利·阿塔古列夫副总理饶有兴致地参观了每一个中国企业展位，仔细询问企业的基本情况和与土库曼斯坦合作的意愿。他现场吩咐相关部门立即落实中方企业提出的问题，并盛情邀请中国企业早日进入和落地土库曼斯坦，共同推动两国经贸合作迈向新台阶。
此次中国产业海外发展协会组织的中国企业代表团涵盖了基建、能源化工、物流、通信技术、高端装备制造和农业等多个行业，包括中国信科、中国能建、陕西建工、延长石油、陕西榆林能源、三一重工、中联重科、康恒环境等知名企业。代表团成员在活动现场与土方政府部门和企业举行了230多场对接活动，为后续项目在土库曼斯坦落地打下了坚实的基础。
在当前中土关系处于历史最高水平、全方位合作新格局加速形成的背景下，首届中国-土库曼斯坦投资与贸易洽谈会的成功举办，为两国企业搭建了高效对接平台，将进一步深化中土在石油化工、清洁能源、信息技术、农业等优势产业领域的合作，共绘“一带一路”经贸与投资合作新画卷。
The inaugural China-Turkmenistan Investment and Trade Symposium kicked off grandly on April 28 in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan
Co-hosted by the China Overseas Development Association (CODA) and the Turkmenistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the event aims to implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state and promote practical bilateral cooperation. The President of Turkmenistan sent a special congratulatory letter, which was read by Deputy Prime Minister Norkeldi Atagulyyev at the opening ceremony. Chinese Ambassador to Turkmenistan Ji Shumin, along with political and business representatives from both countries, attended the event.
The symposium attracted over 70 Chinese enterprises, including Huawei, China Energy Engineering Corporation (Energy China), Sinotruk, and Sany Heavy Industry. They comprehensively showcased their strengths in energy, infrastructure, the digital economy, and high-end manufacturing. During his visit to the exhibition booths, the Turkmenistan Deputy Prime Minister gave on-site instructions to relevant departments to address the requests of Chinese enterprises and warmly invited them to invest and establish operations in Turkmenistan.
Throughout the event, the Chinese delegation held over 230 matchmaking meetings with Turkmenistan's government and business sectors. This has laid a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation in fields such as petrochemicals, clean energy, information technology, and agriculture.
