3月18日，中海协受邀出席在上海举办的主题为“东方潮涌，到世界中心去”中国与土耳其产业合作机遇洽谈会，与土耳其CONSULTA集团有关负责人及中土双方企业代表进行座谈交流。和振伟会长、土耳其农业与林业部、经济部、海关与贸易部前副部长Fatih Metin分别线上致辞。刘剑青副秘书长现场参会，中海协法律专委会负责人何蓓一同参加。
和振伟介绍了中海协基本职能和对外服务优势，分析了当前国际投资新形势。他表示，中土产业互补性强，在新能源、高端制造等领域合作空间广阔。中海协将发挥平台桥梁作用，做好企业出海服务与项目对接，助力更多中企开拓土耳其市场，深化中土务实经贸合作、实现互利共赢。
Fatih Metin先生介绍了土耳其投资环境、产业政策、市场机遇，并指出，土耳其区位优势突出、产业基础完善，具备承接中国企业出海的良好条件。他高度看好中土双向经贸合作前景，欢迎更多中国企业赴土投资兴业，并期待依托双方合作平台，深化新能源、高端制造等领域产业对接，赋能务实合作，实现互利共赢。
来自新能源、生物医药、汽车贸易、工程建设、金融机构、财经媒体等领域的中方企业代表，包括上市公司、细分领域龙头企业、专精特新企业、“隐形冠军”企业的董事长、总经理或出海负责人，纷纷结合自身业务布局，就土耳其当前的市场动态、重点行业的投资标的、交易架构设计以及财税规划等实际问题进行了热烈讨论。与会企业深入交换意见，探讨合作切入点与务实路径，现场交流氛围热烈。
本次活动为中土深化经贸往来、夯实产业基础、拓展合作空间搭建了良好平台。中海协将发挥桥梁优势，加强与土耳其相关机构务实对接，助力中方企业布局土耳其及中东市场，推动两国经贸融通提质、互利共进。
CODA Attends China-Turkey Industrial Cooperation Opportunity Seminar
On March 18, the China Overseas Development Association (CODA) was invited to attend the "Eastern Tide Surging, Go to the Center of the World" China-Turkey Industrial Cooperation Opportunity Seminar held in Shanghai. He Zhenwei, President of CODA, and Fatih Metin, former Deputy Minister of Turkey, delivered remarks via video link, emphasizing the strong complementarity and vast potential for cooperation between China and Turkey in fields such as new energy and high-end manufacturing. Liu Jianqing, Deputy Secretary-General of CODA, and He Bei, head of the Legal Special Committee, attended the event in person. During the seminar, representatives from leading Chinese enterprises in sectors including new energy, biomedicine, and automotive trade engaged in lively discussions on Turkish market dynamics, investment targets, and financial and tax planning. The event successfully established a platform for industrial docking between the two nations. CODA stated it will leverage its bridging advantages to deepen practical cooperation with Turkish institutions, assist Chinese enterprises in expanding into the Turkish and Middle Eastern markets, and promote higher-quality economic and trade integration and mutual benefit between the two countries.
