1月14日上午，中海协副秘书长刘剑青、产教融合工委会理事长郑若云一行赴国机集团旗下恒天汽车有限公司，与公司副总经理刘美苓、国际业务部总经理邓梁等核心团队，围绕产业出海布局、产教融合实践等议题深入座谈。
刘美苓对刘剑青一行表示热情欢迎，并详细阐述了公司全产业链布局优势，涵盖乘用车、商用车、工程机械等多系列产品矩阵，重点介绍了乌干达海外生产基地建设进展，以及依托国机集团全球300余个驻外机构，在非洲、澳洲、美洲、中东等核心市场的出口成果与国际化布局规划。她表示，期待与中海协携手拓宽海外市场渠道，同步强化合规保障与人才支撑，共同推进海外业务稳健发展。
刘剑青介绍到中海协作为国家发展改革委主管的全国性社会组织，始终聚焦海外投资促进、国际资源对接、风险防范指导等核心服务，通过搭建政企对接桥梁、推动产业协同合作，助力中国企业拓展全球市场空间。
郑若云表示中海协将联动国内优质院校，定制“订单式”人才培养方案，搭建校企协同育人平台，为恒天汽车海外业务输送兼具国际视野与专业能力的复合型人才。
通过本次座谈，双方达成共识，将建立常态化沟通机制，在资源对接、市场拓展、人才培养等领域深化务实合作，携手共促中国汽车产业高质量“走出去”，助力构建国际化产业发展新格局。
China Association for Overseas Development Visits Sinomach's Hengtian Automobile Co., Ltd. for a Symposium
On January 14, Liu Jianqing, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Association for Overseas Development (CAOD), and his delegation visited Sinomach’s Hengtian Automobile Co., Ltd. for a symposium. Liu Meiling, Deputy General Manager of Hengtian Automobile, and other representatives attended the meeting.
Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as industrial global expansion and the integration of industry and education. Liu Meiling introduced the company’s comprehensive industrial chain layout and overseas achievements, including the Uganda production base. She expressed hope for collaboration with CAOD to expand market access, strengthen compliance support, and enhance talent development. Liu Jianqing outlined CAOD’s functions in promoting overseas investment and facilitating resource alignment. Zheng Ruoyun, Chairman of the CAOD Industry-Education Integration Working Committee, stated that the association would promote university-enterprise cooperation to cultivate tailored talent for Hengtian’s overseas operations.
The two sides agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism and deepen practical cooperation in areas such as resource alignment, market expansion, and talent development, jointly supporting the high-quality "going global" strategy of China’s automotive industry.
