1月13日，由中海协与访律共同主办的“共谋时代答卷：以法商之道，拓全球新局”主题论坛在北京成功举办，和振伟会长出席并作主旨演讲。
和振伟在演讲中以《中国企业出海20年——回顾与展望》为题，系统回顾了中国企业出海二十年的发展历程与核心特点，深入剖析了新阶段面临的机遇与挑战。和振伟指出，在全球格局深度调整的背景下，法商融合与合规先行已成为企业高质量、可持续发展的关键。企业需将ESG理念全面融入战略体系，构建动态化风险防控机制，在把握市场机遇的同时，有效应对地缘政治等新型风险。各方专业力量应加强协同，共同构建覆盖法律、商业与可持续发展的综合支撑体系，助力中国企业真正实现“走出去、走得远、走得好”。
北京商务中心区管理委员会副主任宋伟杰就建设国际法商融合示范区、发挥CBD优势为企业出海护航作了介绍。北京理工大学法学院教授韩秀桃从理论高度阐释了法商融合的核心内涵与发展趋势。香港国际仲裁中心北京代表处首席代表章曦围绕中企出海争议解决实践提供了专业指引。在圆桌讨论环节，与会嘉宾分别围绕“法商融合如何驱动商业增长与创新”及“如何为企业出海提供‘一站式’解决方案”两大主题进行了深入交流，形成了多项共识。

On January 13, the forum "New Global Frontiers with Law-Business Expertise", co-organized by the China Overseas Development Association (CODA) and The L'interview, was successfully held in Beijing. Mr. He Zhenwei, President of CODA, attended and delivered a speech.
In his keynote address, titled "Two Decades of Chinese Enterprises Going Global: Retrospect and Outlook", Mr. He Zhenwei systematically reviewed the development journey and core characteristics of Chinese enterprises' overseas expansion over the past twenty years, offering an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges in the new stage. He said that against the backdrop of profound adjustments in the global landscape, the integration of legal and business expertise and a compliance-first approach have become crucial for enterprises to achieve high-quality and sustainable development.
