米靖全面介绍天津职业技术师范大学办学特色、核心师资力量与丰硕教学成果，重点说明学校承办前两届世界职教发展大会成效及第三届大会筹备进展，详解中国—上海合作组织职业技术教育合作中心成立背景、核心使命与发展愿景，特别提及学校与合作中心在产教融合、职教国际化领域的布局，与中海协业务方向高度契合，具备广阔合作空间。
双方围绕职业教育国际化、产教融合模式创新、上合组织框架下职教资源共享等议题深入探讨，分享经验、交换建议并凝聚共识，就联合发起成立中国—上合组织职教发展联盟、联合筹备首届中国—上合组织职教发展大会达成初步合作意向。
座谈会后，和振伟一行参观上合职教合作中心展厅，近距离了解中心建设运营情况与发展规划。
通过此次调研交流搭建起双方沟通桥梁，为后续在职业教育国际化合作、产教融合项目落地等领域协同发展迈出坚实一步。
President He Zhenwei Leads Delegation to Visit China-SCO Vocational Education Cooperation Center, Opening a New Chapter in China-International Vocational Education Cooperation
Recently, President He Zhenwei led a delegation to visit the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Vocational Education Cooperation Center and held talks with Mi Jing, Vice President of Tianjin University of Technology and Education, and other relevant officials. During the meeting, He Zhenwei introduced the basic profile and core business layout of the China Overseas Development Association (CODA) in the field of industry-education integration, highlighting its practical approaches and phased achievements. Mi Jing elaborated on the distinctive features of the university, its core faculty, and its teaching accomplishments, with a particular focus on the outcomes of hosting the first two World Vocational Education Development Conferences and the preparations for the third conference. He also detailed the establishment background, core mission, and development vision of the China-SCO Vocational Education Cooperation Center, emphasizing the university and the center’s strategic planning in industry-education integration and the internationalization of vocational education, which aligns closely with CODA’s business direction and offers broad prospects for cooperation.
The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the internationalization of vocational education, innovation in industry-education integration models, and the sharing of vocational education resources under the SCO framework. They exchanged experiences, shared suggestions, and reached a consensus, agreeing in principle to jointly initiate the establishment of the China-SCO Vocational Education Development Alliance and co-organize the first China-SCO Vocational Education Development Conference.
After the meeting, He Zhenwei and his delegation visited the exhibition hall of the vocational education center, gaining a closer understanding of its operational status and development plans. This visit and exchange have built a communication bridge between the two parties, marking a solid step forward for future collaboration in areas such as the internationalization of vocational education and the implementation of industry-education integration projects.
