12月16日上午，张红副秘书长应邀前往东莞市贸促会进行工作交流，与其副会长张军民、尹效良，围绕推动企业国际化发展、深化政企服务协作、拓展海外经贸合作渠道等核心议题展开深入研讨。我会珠海办事处主任李明树、高级顾问胡道军一同参与交流。张军民介绍了东莞外贸产业发展现状、RCEP企业综合服务中心运行成效，以及其在原产地证签发、税务规划、知识产权保护及国际参展等方面形成的特色服务体系。作为连接政企与国际市场的重要桥梁，东莞贸促会近年来聚焦企业出海痛点，联合多部门构建全链条服务机制，助力本地企业深耕RCEP区域市场、拓展全球合作网络，相关工作获得积极评价。
张红就中海协主要情况作了介绍，表示东莞作为制造业重镇和外贸强市，拥有雄厚的产业基础和强烈的出海需求。中海协愿发挥自身平台优势，与东莞贸促会密切合作、优势互补，为东莞企业提供精准的政策咨询、项目匹配和风险防控服务，助力企业抱团出海、合规发展。
双方同意以此次交流为契机持续深化合作，将进一步聚焦企业需求、打通服务壁垒、提升服务效能，携手构建“政策引导+专业服务+资源对接”一体化协同体系，助力东莞企业拓展海外市场，为东莞外贸高质量发展注入新动能。
CODA Visits Dongguan Trade Promotion Council
On the morning of December 16, Deputy Secretary-General Mrs. Zhang Hong, accompanied by Li Mingshu, Director of the Zhuhai Office, visited the Dongguan Council for Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT Dongguan) for a working exchange. The meeting, which also included Vice Presidents Zhang Junmin and Yin Xiaoliang of CCPIT Dongguan, focused on in-depth discussions on core topics such as promoting the international development of enterprises, deepening government-enterprise service collaboration, and expanding channels for international economic and trade cooperation. Hu Daojun, Senior Advisor of CODA, also participated in the exchange.
Both sides agreed to take this exchange as an opportunity to further deepen cooperation. They will continue to focus on the needs of enterprises, break down service barriers, enhance service efficiency, and jointly build an integrated collaborative system of "policy guidance + professional services + resource matching." This aims to support Dongguan enterprises in expanding overseas markets and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of Dongguan's foreign trade.
