CODA Invited to Attend the First Hainan China-Europe Dual-Park Industry Matchmaking Conference 2025
On the afternoon of December 20, the First Hainan China-Europe Dual-Park Industry Matchmaking Conference 2025 and the Launch Ceremony of the China-Eastern Europe Urban Action Plan was successfully held in Hainan Province. The event was led by the People's Government of Dongfang City, Hainan Province, supported by the China Overseas Development Association (CODA), and jointly organized by multiple institutions. Vice Secretary-General Zhang Hong was invited to attend and deliver a speech.
In her address, Zhang Hong said that since its establishment in 2003, CODA has long been committed to supporting Chinese enterprises in "going global" for investment and development and participating in international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, while actively promoting the "bringing in" of high-quality overseas resources. Drawing from years of international cooperation experience, she emphasized that successful international collaboration relies on precise platforms and practical implementation mechanisms. As a crucial bridge connecting the government and the market, as well as domestic and international stakeholders, CODA will leverage its strengths to fully support the construction and development of the China-Europe Dual-Park. She also expressed her hope to collaborate with Dongfang City, foreign embassies and consulates, business associations, and financial and legal institutions to jointly foster a more open, transparent, stable, and predictable development environment for China-Europe investment cooperation.
The conference attracted nearly 200 Chinese and foreign government and business representatives from eight countries including Hungary, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Russia, and Malaysia.
