11月20~22日，蒋赟常务副秘书长率中海协智能制造专委会代表团赴挪威开展专题考察，先后拜访挪威高北集团、中国交通建设股份有限公司挪威分公司、挪威GG Gruppen公司等重点企业，围绕智慧城市、智能制造、生物医药等领域与各企业负责人展开深度交流。
高北集团总裁P?l Lund-Roland会谈时指出，该集团以北极地区开发为核心业务，覆盖海产品贸易、新能源车船制造及物流研究等多元领域，明确表示愿积极与中海协开展合作，助力中资企业推进本地化落地。
中国交建挪威分公司总经理王振宇系统分享了挪威产业发展潜在机遇，为赴挪投资中资企业提供了实践参考。
挪威GG Gruppen公司董事长Carl Haakon Garder会谈中指出，该司正推动在弗雷德里克斯坦地区建设70万平方米产业园区，重点引入“绿色转型”领域企业，高度契合可持续发展目标。

The CODA Delegation Visited Norway for Business Inspection
From November 20 to 22, Executive Deputy Secretary-General Jiang Yun led a delegation from the Smart Manufacturing Committee of CODA to conduct a specialized inspection in Norway. They successively visited key enterprises including Norway’s High North Group, China Communications Construction Company (Norway) Branch, and Norway’s GG Gruppen, engaging in in-depth exchanges with their leaders on areas such as smart cities, smart manufacturing, and biomedicine.
Relevant personnel from Department IV of the Council and the Smart Manufacturing Committee of CODA joined the inspection trip to Norway.
