11月25日上午，王克文副秘书长一行到访越南驻华大使馆，与经济参赞黎忠坚、教育处一等秘书黄梅演等进行座谈，就推动中越经贸与投资合作等议题进行了深入交流。
王克文详细介绍了中海协的发展历程、职能定位以及在促进国际投资合作方面取得的成果。她表示，中越两国经贸合作前景广阔，并重点提出在应急产业集群建设、智能交通及K12中文教育出海等方面深化合作。期待通过这些具体领域的合作，为两国企业创造更多机遇。
黎忠坚参赞介绍了越南经济发展现状，特别强调中越双边贸易和投资额持续稳步增长的良好态势。他对王克文副秘书长提出的合作建议表现出浓厚兴趣，表示将积极对接越南国内相关部门，为推动两国经贸合作迈上新台阶做出努力。
此次会谈为后续合作的推进奠定了基础。双方达成共识，未来将在活动共办、团组互访、企业对接及项目实地调研等重点领域建立常态化合作机制，持续深化多领域务实合作。

Wang Kewen Visited Embassy of Vietnam in China
On the morning of November 25, Ms. Wang Kewen, Deputy Secretary-General of CODA visited the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in China, held discussions with Economic Counsellor Le Trung Kien and First Secretary of the Education Office Hoang Mai Dien on promoting the entry of Chinese products and services into the Vietnamese market.
The meeting laid the foundation for advancing future cooperation. Both parties reached a consensus to establish a regular cooperation mechanism focusing on key areas such as jointly organizing events, facilitating delegation exchanges, promoting enterprise matchmaking, and conducting field research for projects, with the aim of deepening practical collaboration across multiple fields.
