11月19日，和振伟会长一行在浙江杭州和嘉兴等地开展调研，先后走访了浙江清华长三角研究院、佐格微系统（杭州）有限公司、浙江至美环境科技有限公司等机构与企业，围绕科技创新、产业赋能与国际合作等议题进行调研交流。
在浙江清华长三角研究院，冯叶成副院长详细介绍了研究院的发展历程、战略方向、创新模式及代表性科研成果转化案例等。和振伟指出，研究院深厚的科研积淀与中海协广泛的国际资源具有高度互补性，双方可共建“科技+国际”合作机制：一方面以研究院的科研实力赋能协会会员企业的技术升级与产品创新，另一方面通过协会的海外项目资源推动研究院先进技术成果的国际化落地与应用。
在佐格微系统（杭州）有限公司，叶莉芳副总经理详细介绍了公司在大气探测和环境仪器制造领域的研发成果。作为一家专注于环境监测与气象仪器的高科技企业，佐格微系统目前正在积极开拓海外市场，利用自己先进的专利技术与世界各国开展深入合作。和振伟建议佐格借助协会平台，与海外相关行业组织开展标准互认，并拓展“一带一路”沿线国家在环境监测与智能仪器领域的合作空间。
在浙江至美环境科技有限公司，杨岳平董事长详细介绍了公司在应急饮用水、海水淡化、非常规水源利用等方面的技术实力和成套设备研发情况。和振伟对至美环境过硬的技术实力表示充分肯定，并提出将充分利用协会积累的国际资源，协助至美环境对接东南亚、中亚等地区在应急饮用水供水和污染水处理等方面的项目需求，推动中国水处理技术和服务成体系出海。 中海协副秘书长王克文、中灾协东部中心主任楼江平等共同参加调研。
President He Zhenwei Conducts Research Tour in Zhejiang
On November 19, President He Zhenwei and his delegation conducted a research tour in Hangzhou and Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. They visited the Yangtze River Delta Institute of Tsinghua University, Zooge Microsystems (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Zhimei Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., exchanging views on topics such as technological innovation and international cooperation.
During the discussion at the Yangtze River Delta Institute of Tsinghua University, both sides explored the establishment of a "Technology + International" cooperation mechanism aimed at aligning the institute's scientific research resources with the needs of member enterprises and promoting the global application of its achievements. At Zooge Microsystems, Mr. He suggested that the company leverage the association's platform to expand its market in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative and advance mutual standards recognition. During the visit to Zhimei Environmental Technology, the association expressed its intent to assist the company in connecting with project opportunities in Southeast Asia and Central Asia, particularly in emergency drinking water supply and polluted water treatment, to facilitate the systematic global expansion of Chinese water treatment technologies and services.
The research tour was attended by Wang Kewen, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Overseas Development Association, and Lou Jiangping, Director of the Eastern Center of the China Disaster Prevention and Reduction Association, among others.
