11月17日，和振伟会长一行赴杭州西湖区调研，与西湖区政府及区内重点外经贸、服贸企业举行座谈会，并实地走访两家代表性企业。西湖区政府副区长陆军主持座谈会，区内10家重点企业代表参会。和振伟在座谈中深入分析了当前中国企业出海面临的新形势与新机遇，系统介绍了中海协的发展历程、主要职能及三大核心优势，并结合外部环境变化，为西湖区企业出海提出了具有前瞻性和实操性的建议。
在问答交流环节，和振伟会长认真听取了各企业代表的发言，针对企业海外发展中遇到的市场准入、合规经营、风险防控、人才培训等具体问题，提出了专业且有针对性的解决方案和建议。
陆军对中海协长期以来服务企业出海所取得的成效给予充分肯定。他表示，西湖区将继续深化与中海协的合作关系，共同助力区内企业实现更高质量、更可持续的国际化发展。
调研期间，和振伟会长一行还实地走访了杭州翰都实业与杭州美思特智能科技公司。两家企业分别在五金产品批发与零售防损、智能零售技术领域深耕多年，海外业务占比较高。两家企业均表达了希望通过中海协的平台优势，进一步拓展国际市场、提升品牌影响力的意愿。中海协副秘书长王克文，西湖区政府办公室、商务局、企业服务中心等部门负责人共同参与座谈。通过此次深入交流，双方进一步明确了合作方向，将为西湖区企业融入全球市场提供更有力的支持。
He Zhenwei Conducted Visit to Hangzhou's Xihu District
On November 17, a delegation led by Mr. He Zhenwei, President of CODA visited Hangzhou's Xihu District, held a meeting with Xihu District government and key local enterprises engaged in foreign trade, economic cooperation, and trade in services, and conducted on-site visits to two representative companies.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Lu Jun, Deputy District Chief of Xihu District, with representatives from 10 key local enterprises in attendance. During the meeting, Mr. He Zhenwei provided an in-depth analysis of the new trends and opportunities currently facing Chinese companies expanding overseas. He systematically introduced the development history, primary functions, and three core strengths of CODA and, in light of changes in the external environment, offered forward-looking and practical suggestions to help enterprises in Xihu District "go global."
The delegation also conducted on-site visits to Hangzhou Hantoo Enterprises Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Ontime I.T. Co.,Ltd. The two companies expressed their intention to leverage CODA’s platform advantages to further expand into international markets and enhance the brand influence.
