洪军火董事长介绍，百世通是一家专注于安全监测领域的国家级高新技术企业，重点研究推广基于实时、分布式（准）光纤传感技术的温度、振动（声音）、应变（变形）智能感知技术和产品，致力于以城市生命线安全为主的基础设施安全预警、减灾免灾，已应用于石油、化工、电力、交通等多个重要场景，能够有效提升重大基础设施的安全监测与预警能力。他表示，期待与中海协加强合作，共同开拓国内外市场，推动先进安全技术走向更广阔的应用领域。

He Zhenwei Leads Delegation on Official Trip to CADP Eastern Center & Partner Enterprises
On November 16th, President He Zhenwei led a delegation on a visit to the Eastern Center of China Association for Disaster Prevention (CADP) and Bestone (Zhejiang) Safety Technology Co., Ltd. (Bestone). The delegation held in-depth discussions and exchanges with relevant responsible persons around topics including deepening cooperation and jointly facilitating enterprises' global expansion.
In his remarks at the forum, President He Zhenwei emphasized that the emergency industry is a key sector with enormous development potential and broad prospects in both domestic and international markets.
