11月12日，和振伟会长带队到中国出国人员服务有限公司与公司党委书记、董事长付强等就深化国际合作、强化海外服务网络建设等议题进行交流。
付强详细介绍了公司发展历程与业务现状，自1980年成立以来，历经多次转型，2010年并入国药集团，2016年重启免税业务。目前，其免税业务具备全牌照、全渠道优势，涵盖机场、边境口岸等多种业态，国内拥有46家门店，同时已在日本、迪拜等海外地区设点布局。
和振伟建议双方在国际合作、共建企业出海综合服务港站等方面开展深入合作。和振伟表示，此次交流活动不仅为协会与中出服之间搭建了良好的沟通平台，也为后续在海外布局、免税业务拓展、国货出海及人员服务等多领域的合作奠定了坚实基础；协会将继续发挥桥梁纽带作用，整合各方资源，助力中国企业更好地“走出去”，在国际市场实现更大发展。
与会人员还参观了国药集团展厅，深入了解国药集团在医药健康等领域的发展成果与前沿技术。

On November 12, President He Zhenwei led a team to visit China Duty Free & Foreign Exchange Corporation, and exchanged views with Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman Fu Qiang on topics such as deepening international cooperation and strengthening overseas service network construction. Fu Qiang introduced that CDF was established in 1980, merged into Sinopharm Group in 2010, and resumed its duty-free business in 2016. Currently, it holds comprehensive licenses and channels, with 46 domestic stores and overseas presence in Japan, Dubai, and other regions. He Zhenwei suggested deepening cooperation in areas like "international collaboration" and "jointly building comprehensive service hubs for enterprises going global", stating that this exchange laid a foundation for future cooperation in overseas layout, duty-free expansion, Chinese goods exports, and personnel services. The association will leverage its bridging role to support Chinese enterprises in "going global". Participants also visited the Sinopharm Group exhibition hall to learn about its achievements and technologies in healthcare. Vice President Zhang Zhen of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, former Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Western Returned Scholars Association Wang Pijun, and others attended.
