10月13日，和振伟会长率中海协代表团到访塔吉克斯坦工业和新技术部，与副部长纳扎尔·阿齐兹·萨夫扎里举行会谈。双方就深化中塔产业合作、推动重点项目落地等议题进行了深入交流。
萨夫扎里副部长对和振伟会长一行的到访表示热烈欢迎，并介绍了塔吉克斯坦在工业发展与新技术应用方面的战略规划。他表示，塔吉克斯坦正致力于推动工业现代化与绿色转型，欢迎中国企业积极参与矿产加工、能源开发、制造业、纺织业、电力行业、基础设施建设等领域的投资与合作。
和振伟会长表示，此次率领近20家中资企业到塔吉克斯坦访问，主要是参加2025杜尚别国际投资论坛，同时对塔吉克斯坦进行商务考察。塔吉克斯坦资源丰富，目前正在进行工业现代化建设和绿色能源转型，政策支持力度大，发展前景广阔，中海协将积极推动中方企业在智能制造、绿色能源、矿业装备、电力基建等领域与塔方开展务实合作，助力塔吉克斯坦工业升级与经济发展，实现互利共赢。
中海协常设高级顾问吴克光，康恒环境、陕西太合、离岸投资（海南）、中联重科、华西能源、山东泰开、江苏宏力、科盟能源（扬州）等相关企业代表参加考察。
He Zhenwei Led Delegation to Visit Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan
On October 13, Mr. He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association (CODA), led a CODA delegation to the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan and held talks with Deputy Minister Nazar Aziz Safarzoda. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics including deepening China-Tajikistan industrial cooperation and promoting the implementation of key projects.
Deputy Minister Safarzoda extended a warm welcome to President He Zhenwei and the delegation. He introduced Tajikistan's strategic plans for industrial development and the application of new technologies. He stated that Tajikistan is committed to promoting industrial modernization and green transformation, and welcomed Chinese enterprises to actively participate in investment and cooperation in sectors such as mineral processing, energy development, manufacturing, textiles, the power industry, and infrastructure construction.
President He Zhenwei stated that, under the guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission, the China Overseas Development Association is dedicated to promoting the "Going Global" strategy of Chinese enterprises, actively serving the Belt and Road Initiative, building international cooperation platforms, and acting as an important bridge connecting Chinese and foreign governments and enterprises, contributing to mutual benefit, win-win outcomes, and sustainable development. He noted that Tajikistan is rich in resources, has strong policy support, and offers broad development prospects. CODA will actively promote practical cooperation between Chinese enterprises and their Tajik counterparts in areas such as smart manufacturing, green energy, mining equipment, and power infrastructure, supporting Tajikistan's industrial upgrading and economic development for mutual benefit and win-win results.
