10月8日，和振伟会长陪同哈萨克斯坦Human Capital董事长塔尔加特·萨比托维奇·穆赫塔罗夫一行到奇瑞福州生产基地考察，与奇瑞捷途国际营销中心副总经理王其军、捷途汽车福州基地总经理胡贤龙等进行会谈交流。代表团参观考察了奇瑞现代化生产车间，体验了在不同环境下的新车性能试验。中海协高级顾问吴克光等一同参加考察。
王其军首先向来访嘉宾全面介绍了奇瑞捷途在全球市场营销情况，特别是与哈萨克斯坦等中亚国家合作情况。胡贤龙重点介绍了奇瑞福州生产基地的总体情况，表达了与哈萨克斯坦开展合作的良好愿望。
穆赫塔罗夫表示，奇瑞汽车在哈萨克斯坦乃至整个中亚地区都是非常知名的品牌，通过此次现场考察和亲身体验，对奇瑞汽车有了更进一步的了解和认知。穆赫塔罗夫认为，奇瑞捷途更加适合哈萨克斯坦人的驾驶喜好以及特殊的地理环境，奇瑞汽车在哈有很大的市场空间，接下来将积极探讨与奇瑞福州生产基地开展合作，助力奇瑞汽车在哈萨克斯坦和中亚地区有更大的发展。
和振伟指出，作为经国家发改委批准成立的社团组织，中国产业海外发展协会的主要职能是为中国企业出海搭建国际化交流平台。此次组织哈萨克斯坦代表团到奇瑞福州生产基地考察，可以帮助奇瑞汽车进一步开拓哈萨克斯坦乃至整个中亚市场，同时为福州市开展国际化合作，践行一带一路倡议架桥铺路。中国产业海外发展协会今后还会邀请更多的国家代表团到福州考察，洽谈合作，为福州实现经济高质量发展贡献力量。
He Zhenwei Accompanies Kazakh Delegation on Inspection Tour of Chery Fuzhou Production Base
On October 8, He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association (), accompanied a delegation from Kazakhstan, led by Talgat Sabitovich Mukhtarov, Chairman of Human Capital, to inspect the Chery Fuzhou Production Base. They held talks and exchanges with Wang Qijun, Deputy General Manager of Chery Jetour International Marketing Center, and Hu Xianlong, General Manager of Chery Jetour Fuzhou Base. The delegation also visited Chery’s modern production workshops and experienced new vehicle performance tests under various environmental conditions. Wu Keguang, Senior Advisor of CODA, also participated in the inspection.
Wang Qijun first gave the visiting guests a comprehensive introduction to the global marketing efforts of Chery Jetour, with a particular focus on its cooperation with Central Asian countries, including Kazakhstan. Hu Xianlong highlighted the overall situation of the Chery Fuzhou Production Base and expressed a strong desire to cooperate with Kazakhstan.
Mukhtarov stated that Chery vehicles are a very well-known brand in Kazakhstan and throughout Central Asia. Through this on-site inspection and firsthand experience, he gained a deeper understanding and appreciation of Chery cars. Mukhtarov believes that Chery Jetour is particularly well-suited to the driving preferences of Kazakhs and the unique geographical environment of the country, and that there is significant market potential for Chery vehicles in Kazakhstan. He added that they will actively explore cooperation with the Chery Fuzhou Production Base to help promote greater development of Chery vehicles in Kazakhstan and across Central Asia.
He Zhenwei pointed out that as a social organization approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the main function of the China Overseas Development Association is to build an international exchange platform for Chinese enterprises going global. By organizing this visit of the Kazakh delegation to the Chery Fuzhou Production Base, CODA aims to help Chery further expand its market in Kazakhstan and across Central Asia, while also building bridges for Fuzhou to engage in international cooperation and implement the Belt and Road Initiative. In the future, CODA will continue to invite delegations from more countries to visit Fuzhou, explore cooperation opportunities, and contribute to the city’s high-quality economic development.
