He Zhenwei Accompanies Kazakh Delegation to Visit Fujian Jinlongteng
On October 7, He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association (CODA), accompanied a delegation from Kazakhstan, led by Talgat Sabitovich Mukhtarov, Chairman of Human Capital, to visit Fujian Jinlongteng Power Machinery Co., Ltd. They held in-depth discussions with Chairman Zhang Xiaodan and others on cooperation in areas such as agricultural irrigation and emergency equipment. Wu Keguang, Senior Advisor of CODA, also participated in the visit.
Zhang Xiaodan introduced the company’s technological strengths and international market presence, expressing willingness to cooperate. Mukhtarov noted that his 1,100-hectare apple orchard in Almaty Region, Kazakhstan, requires modern irrigation systems to boost productivity. He spoke highly of several of Jinlongteng’s products, including mini fire trucks and water pumps, and highlighted specific procurement needs. Wu Keguang suggested optimizing orchard management and formulating an equipment plan, to which Jinlongteng pledged full cooperation.
He Zhenwei pointed out that the visit had advanced bilateral cooperation in agricultural machinery and emergency equipment, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Kazakhstan.
