9月12日下午,中国-乌兹别克斯坦食品工业项目推介会在西安浐灞喜来登酒店举行。中国产业海外发展协会会长和振伟、上海合作组织前秘书长、乌兹别克斯坦前外交部长诺罗夫出席并致辞。
和振伟指出,中乌农业领域合作历史悠久,乌兹别克斯坦农业资源丰富,其优质农产品与中国市场需求高度互补。此次推介会是落实双边经贸合作的重要举措,为两国企业构建了高效对接渠道。和振伟表示,中海协将持续发挥桥梁纽带作用,通过企业考察、专题对接会等形式推动中乌食品产业合作走深走实。
弗拉基米尔·诺罗夫围绕乌兹别克斯坦当地特色农产品及合作优势做了详细介绍。乌兹别克斯坦农业自然条件得天独厚,年日照超320天,土壤肥沃且有很多水资源加持。以布哈拉州为例,2025年上半年农产品出口额达10.6亿美元,同比增长33%,全州4800个农场盛产甜瓜、葡萄、杏子等水果,其中甜瓜甜度最高达18%,享誉国际。同时,该州位于中欧运输走廊枢纽,政府为投资者提供税收优惠、关税减免、投资保护等全方位政策支持,诚邀中国企业入驻。
西安爱菊粮油工业集团董事长贾合义出席推介会并重点介绍了在中亚国家投资农业及农产品加工等项目情况。
来自西安、北京、重庆、成都、大连、厦门等多地的中国企业代表,立足自身业务布局,围绕农产品深加工、新型农业投资、冷链物流建设等核心领域,与乌方展开深度对接与交流。推介会互动环节,现场气氛热烈,企业代表提问咨询络绎不绝,供需洽谈氛围浓厚。
与会代表一致表示,此次活动为深化中乌食品产业务实合作、助推“一带一路”框架下两国经贸往来搭建了关键桥梁与重要平台。乌兹别克斯坦丰富的优质农产品资源,与中国领先的食品加工技术及成熟的市场渠道相结合,有望释放巨大市场潜力与商业价值。双方均期待在未来进一步挖掘合作机遇,拓展合作维度,实现互利共赢的发展新格局。

China-Uzbekistan Food Industry Project Promotion Conference Held in Xi'an
On September 12, the China-Uzbekistan Food Industry Project Promotion Conference was held in Xi'an. He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association, and Norov, former Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, attended the event and delivered speeches.
He Zhenwei pointed out that China and Uzbekistan have a long history of agricultural cooperation, with Uzbek agricultural products highly complementary to the demands of the Chinese market. The China Overseas Development Association will facilitate deeper and more substantive cooperation through enterprise visits and thematic matchmaking activities.
Norov provided a detailed introduction to Uzbekistan's agricultural advantages, including abundant sunlight, rich resources, and government support such as tax incentives. He sincerely invited Chinese enterprises to invest in the country.
Representatives from companies such as Xi'an Aiju Grain and Oil Group attended the conference and engaged in in-depth discussions with the Uzbek side on areas including agricultural product processing, agricultural investment, and cold chain logistics. The on-site negotiations were conducted in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere.
Participants agreed that the event served as a crucial platform for deepening China-Uzbekistan food industry cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. Both sides expressed anticipation for further exploring opportunities to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
