9月8～10日，蒋赟常务副秘书长组织有关会员企业负责人，赴越南实地考察，就进一步深化中越投资合作同越方财政部外国投资局、发动机和农业机械公司、建筑和进出口股份公司、春桥集团、海防市沥县工业园区、宁平省工业园区代表会谈交流。
蒋赟在会谈中表示，在中国国家发展改革委的指导下，中国产业海外发展协会积极开展对外投资与经贸交流活动，致力于服务中国企业“走出去”发展和高质量共建“一带一路”国际合作。中国同越南是同志加兄弟，是好朋友、好伙伴，此次会同我会会员企业来访越南，就是要面对逆全球化形势和国际投资与贸易不确定性增加的背景下，积极与越方寻求更多更实在的投资合作机会，共谋发展，互利互惠，让双方的合作成果更好惠及两国人民。
越方欢迎中海协一行的到访并介绍了越南经济社会发展情况，期待中国企业进一步加大在机械智造、新能源汽车、矿山开发、轨道交通、医疗等领域的对越投资力度，越方将提供多方面支持和帮助。

Jiang Yun Visited Vietnam for Inspection and Exchange
From September 8 to 10, Jiang Yun, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of CODA, organized responsible persons from relevant enterprises to conduct an on-site inspection in Vietnam. During the visit, they held discussions and exchanges with representatives from the Foreign Investment Bureau of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, Engine and Agricultural Machinery Company, Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Company, Chunqiao Group, Lac County Industrial Park (Haiphong City), and Ninh Binh Provincial Industrial Park, aiming to further deepen investment cooperation between China and Vietnam.
Department 4 and Intelligent Manufacturing Special Committee,of CODA, Guangzhou Ruizi Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., and other entities also participated in the visit.
