8月28日上午，和振伟会长与来访的成都市对外开放合作促进中心主任尹建会谈。双方围绕深化开放合作、协同服务企业“走出去”等议题作深入交流，助力成都市进一步提升对外开放水平。
和振伟首先介绍我会近年发展情况并指出，中海协一直致力于服务企业“走出去”和共建“一带一路”国际合作，在推动产能产业投资方面积累了一些经验，全力赋能企业高质量发展。成都作为西部重要城市，在开放合作中具有独特优势和巨大潜力，中海协愿与贵中心加强沟通协作，共同服务成都企业“走出去”投资发展。
尹建介绍了该中心情况和工作重点。作为成都市委市政府推进高水平对外开放的核心枢纽平台，主要承担着促进成都市对外开放、推动国际交流合作任务。完全认同和振伟会长提出的几点建议，既符合成都开放的需求，又具备较强的操作性，希望与中海协在多领域开展深入合作和建立相关机制，共同探索企业“走出去”和参与高质量共建“一带一路”合作新路径，为成都开放型经济发展注入新动能。

He Zhenwei Meets with Yin Jian of Chengdu Center for Opening-up and Cooperation Promotion
On the morning of August 28, He Zhenwei, President of China Overseas Development Associations (CODA) held a friendly meeting with Yin Jian, Director of Chengdu Center for Opening-up and Cooperation Promotion, who was visiting. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as deepening opening-up cooperation and jointly supporting enterprises in "going global", aiming to Chengdu further enhance its level of openness to the world.
The meeting also saw attendance of Yang Gaozhan, Head of the General Affairs Department, and Zhou Pan, Head of the European Cooperation Department of Chengdu Center for Opening-up and Cooperation Promotion, as well as representatives from CODA's Office and business development Dept.IV.
