蒋赟表示，在中国国家发展改革委的指导下，中国产业海外发展协会积极发挥桥梁纽带作用，为国内企业“走出去”发展提供了大量务实性服务。随着高质量共建“一带一路”的深入推进，越来越多的中方企业赴吉国投资发展。从实际情况看，吉方在职业等级标准、教学资源与经济社会发展、企业用人需求等方面有大量工作可做，我会愿推动两国在职业教育领域开展深度合作，完善职业资格认证体系、优化教学资源配置和适应市场需求，从而促进两国经贸合作高质量发展。
吉方欢迎中海协一行来访，并对两国在职业教育等领域相关合作高度重视，随着中吉乌铁路项目的加速建设，在农业、铁路、畜牧业现代化、酒店管理、基建等领域需要更多的专业化人才，吉方愿与中海协签署谅解备忘录，积极推动职业教育高质量发展。

Jiang Yun Holds Meeting with Delegation of the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic
Recently, Jiang Yun, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of China Overseas Development Associations (CODA), held talks with Albert Makhmetkulov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic; and Nurlan Omurov, Deputy Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic, on cooperation in vocational education.
The meeting also saw attendance of Zhalin Mulatabekovich, Deputy Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic; Wang Jiahong, Secretary-General of China General Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic; representatives from CODA’s business development Dept.IV and the Vocational Education Committee of CODA. All participants engaged in constructive exchanges and jointly explored practical approaches to further deepen bilateral cooperation between China and the Kyrgyz Republic in education and related fields.
