近日，和振伟会长与来访的人力资源和社会保障部国际交流服务中心主任李璟一行进行了友好会谈，双方就共享境内外高校和产业投资信息、世界技能大赛的服务保障、技能人才的国际交流、境内外岗位技能提升、助力职教出海等展开深入研讨，旨在整合资源、发挥协同优势，助力“一带一路”国际化人才培养等工作。
和振伟首先介绍了中国产业海外发展协会近年来的发展情况，表示中海协愿与人社部国际交流中心加强沟通协作，积极与境内外政府部门和商协会、金融及法律机构、相关院校，以及各类市场主体开展国际交流合作。通过交流与合作，帮助已经出海的中国企业解决当地技术工人严重不足等问题，为企业、高校参与共建“一带一路”和“走出去”投资合作提供人才技术服务。
李璟表示，人力资源和社会保障部国际交流服务中心是负责承办人社部“一带一路”国际交流与合作、技能大赛服务保障、国际职员服务、出国(境)事务等技术性、事务性和服务性工作的部直属事业单位。人社部国际交流中心愿与中国产业海外发展协会加强沟通合作，进一步扩展合作领域，探索合作模式，共同为“一带一路”的建设贡献力量。

President He Zhenwei held talks with Li Jing, Director of the International Exchange Service Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Both sides discussed sharing domestic and overseas university and investment information, service support for the WorldSkills Competition, international exchange of skilled talents, vocational skill enhancement, and promoting vocational education abroad, aiming to pool resources for talent cultivation under the Belt and Road Initiative. He Zhenwei highlighted the association’s role in facilitating overseas investment cooperation and proposed addressing technical labor shortages for Chinese enterprises abroad through international collaboration. Li Jing emphasized the Center’s responsibilities in Belt and Road technical cooperation and skills competition services, expressing willingness to deepen cooperation. Representatives from the association attended the meeting.
