8月11日，2025全球数字经济国际合作论坛在海南国际会展中心举办，本次论坛由中国产业海外发展协会主办，主题为“聚焦全球数字发展，共绘国际合作蓝图”。马尔代夫共和国驻华大使法泽尔·纳吉布、马达加斯加共和国驻华大使让·路易·罗班松、中国产业海外发展协会会长和振伟出席论坛并致辞。论坛吸引了相关国际组织代表、知名学者及行业领军企业参与，围绕全球数字经济治理、RWA资产合规、产业数字化转型等议题进行沟通交流，深挖合作潜力，寻求合作契机，实现共赢发展。
和振伟在致辞中指出，数字经济事关全球发展格局，是全球未来经济增长的重要驱动力，企业要充分发挥自身优势，与国际同行紧密接轨，深度参与数字经济治理体系的建设，为全球数字经济的高质量发展夯实基础。
法泽尔·纳吉布大使在致辞中指出，马尔代夫作为海洋岛国，始终致力于通过数字技术破解发展瓶颈，近年来大力推进“数字马尔代夫”战略，重点建设全国光纤网络和4G/5G通信覆盖，推动政府服务数字化转型，让海岛居民和游客都能便捷享受在线政务、数字金融等服务，为旅游业这一支柱产业注入数字活力。
让·路易·罗班松大使在致辞中指出，马达加斯加立足自身发展需求，积极探索数字技术与农业、矿业等传统产业的融合路径，通过建立农业大数据平台指导农户科学种植，利用数字贸易平台拓宽特色农产品出口渠道，同时加强数字技能培训，为年轻人创造数字经济领域的就业机会，让数字红利惠及更广泛群体。
论坛现场，和振伟会长向中海协全球数字经济工作委员会授牌，该机构将搭建跨区域、跨机构协作平台，聚焦RWA资产合规、产业数据治理、跨境数据信任机制等方向，推动政策协同、标准共建与产业合作，服务中国企业“走出去”的数字化与合规化发展。
此外，多家企业与机构现场签署战略合作协议，围绕数字经济建设展开资源整合，推动合作从顶层设计迈向实际落地。（办公室供稿）
The 2025 Global Digital Economy International Cooperation Forum has been held in Hainan
On August 11, the 2025 Global Digital Economy International Cooperation Forum was held at Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, organized by the China Overseas Development Association under the theme "Focusing on Global Digital Development, Jointly Charting a Blueprint for International Cooperation". Fazeel Najeeb, Ambassador of the Republic of Maldives to China, Jean Louis Robinson, Ambassador of the Republic of Madagascar to China, and He Zhenwei, President of the China Overseas Development Association, attended and delivered speeches. The forum attracted representatives from international organizations, renowned scholars, and industry leaders to engage in discussions on global digital economy governance, RWA asset compliance, and industrial digital transformation. Participants explored cooperation potential, sought collaborative opportunities, and aimed to achieve win-win development through these discussions.
