近日，尼泊尔驻华大使克里希纳·普拉萨德·奥利（Krishna Prasad Oli）先生正式确认出席我会主办的第十五届中国对外投资合作洽谈会（简称“外洽会”），期待通过这一平台深化中尼经贸合作，共享发展机遇。
尼泊尔位于喜马拉雅山脉南麓，北邻中国，南接印度，是南亚次大陆的内陆山国。该国自然资源丰富，水电蕴藏量达8.3万兆瓦，开发潜力巨大；旅游资源独特，拥有珠穆朗玛峰等世界级自然景观和10处联合国世界文化遗产。近年来，尼泊尔政府积极改善营商环境，重点推动水电、交通基础设施、农业、旅游和矿业等领域发展，吸引外资参与经济建设。
作为中国的重要邻邦，尼泊尔与中国的经贸合作日益紧密。中国已成为尼泊尔最大外资来源国和第二大贸易伙伴，双方在能源、基础设施、航空等领域合作成果显著。
中海协将通过外洽会等平台，携手会员企业深化中尼投资与经贸合作，为两国共同繁荣注入新动力。（业务二部供稿）
Ambassador of Nepal to China Confirmed to Attend the 15th COIFAIR
H.E. Mr. Krishna Prasad Oli, Ambassador of Nepal to China, has confirmed his attendance at the 15th China Overseas Investment Fair (COIFAIR) which is scheduled to take place on September 17-19th at the National Convention Center in Beijing. This platform will facilitate deeper China-Nepal economic and trade cooperation and shared development opportunities.
Nepal, possesses abundant natural resources including 83,000 MW of hydropower potential and exceptional tourism assets like Mount Qomolangma (Everest) and 10 UNESCO World Heritage sites. The Nepalese government has actively enhanced its investment climate, prioritizing hydropower, transportation infrastructure, agriculture, tourism, and mining development to attract foreign capital. As a key neighbor, Nepal maintains robust economic ties with China, with significant cooperation achievements in energy, infrastructure, and aviation.
Through the COIFAIR platform, the CODA will collaborate with member enterprises to advance bilateral investment and trade, generating fresh impetus for mutual prosperity.
