7月7日上午，和振伟会长与延边朝鲜族自治州州委副书记、珲春市委书记、示范区党工委书记盛效儒会谈，就拓展中俄边境金融与物流合作，推动产融结合等议题进行深入交流。
盛效儒对和振伟再次率团到访珲春表示欢迎和感谢，并指出，自双方去年一月在珲春共同举办“第一届中俄边境(珲春)金融与物流合作交流会”以来，中海协在为珲春对接国内外企业，引荐企业赴珲春考察调研、落地合作项目等方面进行了大量工作，取得实际成效。希望继续得到中海协的鼎力相助，为延边州和珲春市的社会经济发展广交国内外朋友，不断结出合作硕果。
和振伟对珲春市委市政府对中海协代表团的热情接待和周到安排表示感谢，并指出，当前中俄经贸合作在金融结算和物流通关等方面遇到一些瓶颈问题，中海协愿意充分发挥自身对外交往和会员众多的平台优势，结合珲春市口岸优势，探索创新解决实际问题，抓住窗口机遇期，推进和赋能延边州及珲春市经济实现更高质量发展。
双方商定于今年8月下旬在珲春市共同举办“第二届中俄边境(珲春)金融与物流合作交流会”，邀请中俄相关政府机构领导、金融和物流界专家和企业家共襄盛会，为破解当前中俄经贸交往中普遍面临的棘手问题，抓住用好新形势下的新机遇，贡献智慧和力量。

He said CODA is willing to make full use of its own advantages, combine the advantages of Hunchun port,and explore and innovate to solve practical problems. The two sides agreed to jointly hold the second Sino-Russian Border financial and logistics cooperation exchange meeting in Hunchun City in late August this year.
