7月5日上午，张红副秘书长应邀出席济南市“一带一路”产业联盟暨济南市章丘产业海外发展协会成立大会并致辞。济南市民营经济发展局局长李轶锋等有关部门负责同志，章丘区及明水经济技术开发区领导出席活动。
张红在致辞中表示，中国产业海外发展协会作为全国性社会组织，在中央社会工作部和国家发展改革委的指导下，长期致力于为企业“走出去”投资发展、参与共建“一带一路”和引进外资提供平台化服务，尤其在协助做好境外投资和聚焦国际产能合作等方面，积累了一些实践经验和良好的社会信誉。中海协愿与济南市“一带一路”产业联盟、济南市章丘产业海外发展协会交流互鉴、加强合作，共同为济南企业“走出去”参与共建“一带一路”国际合作，探索海外市场等搭建平台，赋能济南经济社会实现高质量创新发展。
会议举行了揭牌和签约仪式，张红与章丘区人大主任王长军一道为济南市章丘产业海外发展协会揭牌；中海协与济南市章丘产业海外发展协会共同签署了战略合作协议。

Zhang Hong Attended the Inaugural Meeting
of Jinan "the Belt and Road" Industry Alliance and
Jinan Zhangqiu Overseas Development Association
On July 5th, Deputy Secretary General Mrs. Zhang Hong was invited to attend the Inaugural Meeting of Jinan "the Belt and Road" Industry Alliance and Jinan Zhangqiu Overseas Development Association.
In her speech, she said that CODA is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the alliance and association, and jointly build a platform for Jinan enterprises to "go global" to participate in the international cooperation of the "the Belt and Road", so as to enable Jinan's economy and society to achieve high-quality innovative development.
