“数智引领未来”能源大会暨中海协新能源与碳中和分会启动仪式在京举行

625日,数智引领未来:能源系统绿范式大会暨中海协新能源与碳中和分会启动仪式在京举行。中国气候变化事务特使刘振民(线上)、国家能源局原副局长吴吟、中石化原董事长、中海协新能源与碳中和分会名誉会长傅成玉、中国产业海外发展协会会长和振伟等出席会议并致辞。会议聚焦数字技术与人工智能(AI)驱动能源绿色转型,160多位相关企业代表和有关专家出席并作演讲。能源与碳中和分会常务副会长孙贤胜主持。

刘振民在视频发言中指出,气候变化已成现实危机,需以破局,推动可再生能源降本提效、促链打造绿色智能生态系统、聚力构建全球合作机制。

吴吟强调,能源转型需政策、技术、国际合作协同,尤其要发展AI大模型提升系统效率。数字化与绿色技术融合正催生能源发展新范式,希望该分会要发挥智库平台作用,助力企业走出去发展。

傅成玉指出,“双碳”目标正驱动能源体系从高碳向零碳转型,气候危机倒逼新能源替代传统能源,亟需构建绿色工业体系;科技创新与数字化融合将重塑发展范式,催生产业升级新动力。该分会将发挥智库、服务与国际桥梁作用,协同政府与企业推动政策研究、碳交易与国际合作,共筑可持续未来。

和振伟表示,在复杂国际形势下需主动挖掘新能源合作机遇,作为中海协首个以“分会”命名的新能源与碳中和分会具有标志性意义,旨在贯彻“3060”双碳目标,助力中国新能源国际化发展。该分会要聚焦能源治理新范式,着力搭建服务平台破解融资瓶颈,打造信息中枢、疏通产业协作机制,为中国企业出海提供支撑。同时,诚邀各位出席今年9月在北京举办的第十五届对外投资合作洽谈会,共创绿色能源国际合作新机会。

    中国石油数字和信息化管理部总经理胡炳军,分享了依托“1+4+N”昆仑大模型架构,赋能勘探、炼化全链条,建成多模态AI中台。

中石化首席技术专家宫向阳通过“小模型+大模型”协同为基本路径,强调以实用主义为原则分步实施,通过成熟案例推广、投资回报评估及复合型人才培养确保AI可持续应用。

国网能源研究院能源互联网研究所赵留军通过千亿级光明大模型提升新型电力系统预测与调度能力,推动电算力融合。

华为油气军团总裁邓毕分享了机器视觉+数字孪生技术使油气田故障处置时间从数小时降至分钟级,让人力需求减半。

京东集团副总裁符庆明就以数智供应链平台,助力能源企业采购、生产、物流全流程降本与上线碳管理云平台作了演讲。

阿里云能源行业解决方案总经理刘志龙介绍了“CPU-GPU混合算力平台,推动AI在能源运维场景的弹性部署。

与会专家认为,AI与数字技术是能源转型的核心驱动力,需突破芯片、算法、数据合规等瓶颈,聚力构建技术+制度+人才协同生态,加速推动零碳发展进程。(办公室供稿)

The "Digital Intelligence Leads the Future" Energy Conference and the launch ceremony of CODA’s New Energy and Carbon Neutrality Branch were held in Beijing on June 25, focusing on digital technology and AI-driven green energy transition. Key attendees included Liu Zhenmin (China’s Special Envoy for Climate Change, online), Wu Yin (former Deputy Director of the National Energy Administration), and Fu Chengyu (former Chairman of Sinopec), with over 160 experts and industry representatives participating.

Speakers emphasized leveraging intelligent solutions to address the climate crisis, reduce renewable energy costs, build digital-enabled green ecosystems, and enhance global cooperation. They noted that energy transition requires synergy between policy, technology, and international collaboration, with digital-green fusion catalyzing new paradigms. The "dual-carbon" goals are accelerating the shift toward zero-carbon systems, necessitating tech-digital integration to reshape industrial dynamics.

Leading enterprises showcased innovations: CNPC’s "Kunlun" AI model empowered full-chain operations; Sinopec adopted a "small + large model" strategy for phased AI implementation; State Grid deployed its billion-scale "Bright" model to optimize grid systems; Huawei reduced failure response time by 90% using machine vision and digital twins; JD.com and Alibaba Cloud enhanced efficiency via smart supply chains and hybrid computing platforms.

The CODA Branch will serve as a think tank and service platform to overcome financing barriers, facilitate industrial coordination, and support global expansion, including hosting the Foreign Investment Cooperation Fair in September. Consensus highlighted AI and digital tech as core to energy transition, urging breakthroughs in technical bottlenecks and collaborative "technology-institution-talent" ecosystems to accelerate zero-carbon progress.
