5月19日，中国产业海外发展协会与伊拉克福飒可持续和经济发展组织（简称“福飒”），在京举办伊拉克商务合作座谈交流会。我会会长和振伟，伊拉克福飒创始人、主席萨吉达·朱布里奥博士，伊拉克济加尔省工商会主席阿卜杜尔·阿尔塔沙出席会议并致辞。
振伟表示，伊拉克是中国共建“一带一路”的重要伙伴，也是中东地区极具发展潜力的新兴市场国家。中伊经贸和投资合作在两国政府的大力支持和两国企业的积极参与下，正不断焕发生机，展现出蓬勃发展的新气象。希望参会企业代表利用本次座谈会，深入交流，找准合作契合点，发挥各自比较优势，共同开创中伊合作发展新局面。同时，和振伟会长盛情邀约伊拉克代表团及各位企业代表出席今年9月17-19日在北京举办的第十五届中国对外投资合作洽谈会，共谋发展、共商合作。
阿卜杜尔·阿尔塔沙先生就福飒基本情况作了介绍，表示福飒旨在通过搭建合作交流平台及聚合私营部门力量，助力伊拉克国民经济发展，现已成为支持伊拉克产业创新和经济可持续发展最重要的国家平台之一。希望与更多中资企业开展合作，共拓中东市场。
CODA Heldthe Round Table on China-Iraq Business Cooperation
On May. 19th, the Round Table on China-Iraq Business Cooperation co-organized by CODA, Forssa Network for Sustainable and Economic Development (short for Forssa), was successfully held in Beijing. Mr. He Zhenwei, President of CODA, and Dr. Sajida Al-Jubouri, Founder and Chairwoman of Forssa and Dr. Sajida Al-Jabouri & Sons Medical Supplies Group, attended the event and delivered speeches.
Mr. He Zhenwei said Iraq is a key partner for China in jointly advancing the Belt and Road Initiative and a high-potential emerging market in the Middle East. He expressed hope that both Chinese and Iraqi sides would take full advantage of this chance to engage in in-depth discussions and establish practical cooperation. He also invited the Iraq’s delegation and all enterprise representatives to attend the 15th China Overseas Investment Fair, which will be held in Beijing from September 17 to 19 this year, to jointly explore development opportunities and discuss collaboration.
Dr. Sajida Al-Jubouriintroduced the investment environment and new opportunities in Iraq. She expressed hope to make good use of platforms of Forssa and CODA to help Chinese enterprises discover more overseas development opportunities while supporting their expansion and growth in Iraq.
Enterprises from different sectors such as medical treatment, new energy, and infrastructure attended the event.
